Terms of Service
Wissh Wash is pleased to provide professional pick-up and delivery laundry services to its customers and offers quality and convenience at an affordable price. We offer you, our customers, our services subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated and set forth below. Your use of Wissh Wash services (“Services”) indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following provisions carefully and if you do not agree, please do not use the services. These terms and conditions are applicable on orders placed either via website or call or our app.
1.0 What does service imply?
Services here shall include laundry services i.e. wash and iron, wash and fold and dry-clean services only. Any other services shall not form a part of our services unless mentioned here. The term service in the entire document shall include only what has been mentioned hereabove.
2.0 Scheduling and Pickup of order
2.1 Pickup will take place only on a pre-determined time slot except on public holidays on which scheduling will not be allowed.
2.1 All the clothes must be handed over to the Wissh Wash representative in the laundry bag that he brings along and the customer needs to inform the representative about the service he/she wishes to avail.
2.2 Wissh Wash reserves the right to determine the exact time of pick-up within the selected time slot which shall be informed to the client beforehand.
2.3 If the customer is not found to be at the place of pick up; then Wissh Wash reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice and also reserves the right to accept or reject the re-scheduled order by the same customer.
2.4 Please ensure that you get the digital receipt of the pickup which comprises of the details of the order. Wissh Wash does not hold any responsibility in the event of any inconsistency in the order so placed to avail our services if you lose the digital receipt.
2.5 Wissh Wash reserves the right to reject the orders out of their service area and cannot be held responsible for the same.
2.6 You need to place an order of atleast 3kg clothes for wash and iron or wash and fold. As far as the dry-cleaning is concerned, atleast 5 clothes or garments are required to place the order. We do not accept orders below this limit.
2.7 Service areas list keeps on changing and we are not responsible for notifying the customers.
3.0 Order Processing
3.1 On receipt of garments at Wissh Wash premises, we reserve the right to withhold any garments for further processing if a particular garment is not found suitable for the service so availed. For instance if a garment has been sent for wash and iron and it is not recommended by the professional to send that garment for this service as it would be damaged or otherwise then we reserve the right to withhold the garment and an intimation will be sent to the client. In such cases the garment will be processed only after a written request from the client through his/her registered email id.
3.2 We do not guarantee removal of all kinds of stains. We try our best to remove the stains but not at the cost of cloth being damaged.
3.3 In case certain stains can be removed by dry-cleaning only or cannot be removed 100% then the customer shall be informed through a written communication sent on his email id and Wissh Wash cannot be held responsible for the same.
3.4 We do not hold any responsibility for garments labeled as hand wash only or dry clean only if they have been given for normal wash or vice versa. Please check the garment labels before placing the order.
3.5 We are not responsible for any items that have come along with the garments. If found we shall return the same but we do not hold any responsibility for their loss or damage. Check the garments properly before placing the order.
3.6 We ensure that clean and crisp clothes are delivered at your doorstep. Thus, we take utmost care while packing clothes for wash/dry-clean so that they stay clean and crisp till they reach you. However, we reserve the right to reject any specific instructions given by you which pertains to packaging of clothes which differs from the usual practices of Wissh Wash.
4.0 Loss/ Damage of Garments
4.1 We take utmost care while washing the clothes but do not hold any responsibility for color bleeding, shrinking or any change in the garment due to washing or dry-cleaning.
4.2 In case of any loss or damage of any garment, Wissh Wash has to be notified within 48 hours of delivery. We shall not be responsible of any claims post 48 hours of delivery of the order.
4.3 Though we ensure that all your clothes are delivered without any loss or damage but in case any damage or loss happens, Wissh Wash reserves the complete right to determine the compensation to be paid to the claimant.
4.4 We are not responsible for any loss of garment if the client does not possess the digital receipt and has no evidence to prove that the picked up clothes have not been delivered.
5.0 Delivery
5.1 Once the order is ready to be delivered, the customer shall be informed about the date and time of delivery via text message and an email on his registered email id.
5.2 If the customer wants to reschedule the date and time of delivery due to his non-availability at that time, then he should inform the team via written communication through his registered email id.
5.3 Wissh Wash will not entertain any free re-cleaning claims or requests if delivery of clothes has been delayed on client’s request and due to which clothes emit bad odour.
5.4 If the customer is not found at the place of delivery then only one more attempt will be made to deliver the clothes pursuant to which the client will have to pay transportation charges.
5.5 Clothes shall be delivered only after the payment has been made.
6.0 Payments & Pricing
6.1 All the prices listed have been reasonably laid down considering the standard size, weight and materials.
6.2 We reserve the right to increase the service cost for particular cloth/clothes if they are found to be different from the standard category (primarily for dry-clean). Customer will be informed about the same and can even revoke the order. However the client will have to pay for the transportation charges for the same.
6.3 Prices may change and we are not liable to notify the customers about the same. Please keep a tap on pricing tab on website and app. (The revision in prices shall be applicable on the orders that will be placed from/after the date of revision and shall not impact the orders in progress)
6.4 We accept payments by Cash, Card on delivery and Paytm. For those who wish to pay via net banking have to inform us before-hand so that we can ensure that the invoice is being sent before the delivery.
6.5 We reserve the right to withhold and even confiscate the clothes of a customer who refuses to make the payment.
7.0 Others
7.1 We reserve the right to cancel the pick-up and delivery, if the customer does not reach the place of pick-up and delivery within 15 minutes of Wissh Wash representative reaching the customer premises without notifying the customer.
7.2 Only 8 pair of socks are allowed in order, additional pairs are subject to an additional charge of Rs.5 per pair.
7.3 For express laundry services read our FAQ section. Once the order has been placed under express delivery, it cannot be downgraded to normal delivery and the customer will have to make payment for express delivery services only.
7.4 Wissh Wash offers a lot of promotional discounts and all the terms and conditions mentioned in the sections above will be applicable on orders placed under these promotional offers as well.
7.5 There will be upto 20% increase in price applicable on all our services (including plans) from 16th January 2020.
8.0 Eligibility of any offer & discount
You can eligible to use Wissh wash offers and discount with minimum order size, which is 3 kg for Wash & Iron , 5 kg for Wash & Fold , 3 cloths for Drycleaning.
