“WISSH WASH” LAUNDRY SERVICES AGREEMENT

“WISSH WASH” Laundry (hereinafter "Company") services are provided subject to your (hereinafter "Customer") compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below. As a condition to using any of “WISSH WASH” Laundry's services, and for the mutual benefit of both “WISSH WASH” Laundry and the Customer, the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions.

SERVICES

“WISSH WASH” Laundry will provide scheduled pick up during the Term of this Agreement.

Customer must place all garments in the bag upon pick-up. It is the Customer's responsibility to either deliver the filled Laundry bag to a “WISSH WASH” Laundry collection boy upon pick-up or have ready at agreed upon day, time, and location. “WISSH WASH” Laundry reserves the right to determine the pick-up and drop-off times at its own discretion and reserves the right to reschedule such times upon prior notice to Customer.

NOTICE OF RESTRICTIONS

“WISSH WASH” Laundry will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service. However,

  • It is the client’s responsibility to separate the washing, and to highlight specific cleaning instructions for the care of the garments. Company is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
  • Leather items, buttons, buckle beading and any other type of decoration is processed entirely at owner’s risk.

  • ”WISSH WASH” Laundry Service does not guarantee removal of all stains
  • Company is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that Company was responsible for the loss.
  • Company is not responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking for these labels in customer’s garments. Please check garments before delivering them to “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service.
  • Company is not responsible for garments not placed in the Laundry Service bag upon pick-up.
  • If the Order Bill signed by the client is not matching with the clothes, company has the sole right to take decision.
  • ”WISSH WASH” Laundry Service is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewelry, or anything else. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or in the delivery bags.
  • ”WISSH WASH” Laundry Service is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick up-or drop-off by customer. “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service will not leave any bags unattended. All bags of clean garments must be signed for by customer.
  • ”WISSH WASH” Laundry Service reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
  • Although “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service is not liable for damage to or loss of clothing due the fault of the third party cleaners or service providers, if “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service at its sole discretion desires to, “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service will reimburse customer for lost or damaged clothing in an amount to be determined by “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service. "Customer must notify “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service within 3 days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitute waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
  • Although “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service aims to offer you the best possible service, we make no promise that our laundry services will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service, please report it to us (see below for contact details) and we will correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
  • We can only accept orders for products that are available. Please note that as there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.
  • All price rates declares through “WISSH WASH” Laundry Service as per the measurement of standard size, materials and weight decided by the organization only, Organization do have all right to increase the rate of any clothes after seeing/collection or before washing/dry-cleaning/ironing of the product if it don’t comes under the standard rate criteria of the organization. In that case customer should agree to pay the extra amount or may agree to collect the clothes back without service by paying the transportation charges to the delivery executive, and the customer should agree for the same.
  • Any items will not deliver without the absence of the Order Bill, which client may receive at the time of ordering
  • ”WISSH WASH” Laundry Service do have all right to add transportation charges on total bill amount and the customer should agree to pay the same if the customer is not available at their agreed place/date/time of delivery after telephonic confirmation.
  • Prices may change without notice but this will not affect orders which have already been accepted.
  • If We have lost your items & we are unable to recover it even after 7 days of the delivery time. Maximum refund will be five times the order value.
  • We have damaged your clothes beyond the recovery stage, in this case also we we will be liable to refund a maximum of five times the order value irrespective of the price of the cloth.
  • Socks and iron charges will be charged extra as per standards.
